The Integration model is designed for businesses that over time match specific criteria and achieve performance levels that suit a more integrated approach with the other brands owned by or associated with Franchise India Brands. Typically, integration is available to portfolio companies where Franchise India Brands owns or has an option to own at least 50% interest in the company. In the Integration model, we develop partnerships that support a long-term relationship.
